Quarterly Altcoin Spotlight: Solana's Leading Aggregator Builds a Multi-Product Financial Stack
₿ Conviction
The protocol that became Solana’s default swap routing layer has quietly transformed into something far more ambitious. What began in late 2021 as a pure aggregation interface — connecting users to the best prices across more than 100 decentralized exchanges — now encompasses perpetual futures trading, an overcollateralized lending market, liquid staking, token launchpads, and prediction markets. The evolution is strategically logical: the protocol owned Solana’s distribution layer but struggled to monetize it because it never controlled the underlying liquidity infrastructure. Building proprietary revenue lines on top of that distribution advantage was the obvious next step. The question is whether the execution matches the ambition, and whether the market is correctly pricing the result at what amounts to a deep-value multiple.
